AFFILIATION TO THE AAPL

The American Association of Professional Landmen is a voluntary professional organization that unites more than 20,000 landmen and land-related persons through professional development and service. AAPL’s mission is to promote the highest standards of performance for all land professionals, to advance their stature, and to encourage sound & ethical stewardship of energy and mineral resources.

MEMBER RESOURCES

Membership in AAPL is open to all land professionals primarily engaged in landwork, persons associated with or who supervise land work and students enrolled in AAPL accredited
university land management degree programs.

DONALD B. SASS
MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP

The fund was established in 1985 in memory of Donald B. Sass by his wife, Cleone, and the Landman’s Association of North Dakota to assist upper class or post-graduate men and women in a
college/university level field of study relating to the oil and gas industry.
