Administrative Assistant – Land Department
Location: Petro-Hunt, LLC – Bismarck, ND
Job Type: Full-Time
Department: Land
Reports To: Region Manager
Petro-Hunt, LLC is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Land Department. This role plays a key part in supporting daily operations by performing a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure efficiency and accuracy across the department.
Key Responsibilities
• Set up and maintain both physical and electronic filing systems
• Collect, input, and verify data for quality and accuracy
• Prepare land-related documents and exhibits
• Coordinate the routing of documents for signatures and approvals
• Order and maintain office supplies and materials
• Handle accounts payable duties and manage petty cash
• Scan and digitize documentation for record-keeping
• Manage bulk mailings and FedEx shipments
• Notarize and record legal documents as needed
• Perform general administrative duties such as photocopying, filing, and answering phones
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Prior administrative or office support experience preferred
• Notary Public certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus
